Shlomo Biezunski
May His Memory Be A Blessing
He grew up in Łódź above his family's drugstore. By the end of the war — ten days before his nineteenth birthday — he was the only member of his immediate family still alive. He helped survivors reach Palestine, fought with the Negev Brigade, and raised a family in America.
